Medical and dental services
Background and Mision
In 2014, with the assistance of McKinsey and Company, The Miriam Foundation undertook a study to understand currently available services for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities (ID). This study highlighted some significant service gaps. The Miriam Foundation developed a plan to address them in order to improve services offered throughout lifespan for families and individuals living with ASD and/or ID. This is how the See Things My Way Centre for Innovation was born.
Thanks to the generosity of The Azrieli Foundation and the J.A. deSève Foundation, See Things My Way Health Services, an interdisciplinary medical and dental clinic for adults, saw its first patient on September 23, 2016.
We have begun to establish partnerships with various healthcare centers in Montreal so that they can refer their adult patients, as well as young adults transitioning out of their pediatric care. We offer services in both English and French.
